Dr Breanna is a clinical psychologist who is trained in a number of evidence-based therapies. She works primarily from an attachment and systemic perspective, helping individuals and families lean in to vulnerability to deepen and strengthen connections with their real selves and important others in their lives. You will also likely find her using Object Relations and Schema Therapy. She prefers to work with adolescents and adults and when working with adolescents, utilises a family therapy approach.
Breanna’s work is informed by her professional training and her lived experience. She struggled to understand and assert her real self and now recognises this is the most important gift to offer yourself in life. Breanna will likely reinforce to you that therapy, and the commitment to yourself, should be your highest priority. One of the greatest joys in her work is helping people achieve lasting and meaningful change and connection.
